About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-ownership, experiment-driven Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate commercial growth. You’ll own the inbound demand engine, optimizing paid campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and growth-marketing tactics to attract and qualify leads from interested prospects. By testing, learning, and iterating rapidly, you’ll help the team capture new opportunities and make a tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize inbound campaigns, landing pages, and funnels to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to test messaging, content, and paid campaigns.
Track, analyze, and improve lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
Work with CRM tools and marketing automation to maintain detailed lead records.
Take full ownership of experiments and outcomes, iterating quickly to maximize results.
Must-Haves:
Strong bias toward action: test, iterate, learn, repeat.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity about industrial markets, supply chains, or data-driven products.
Comfort with CRM tools and basic marketing automation.
Analytical mindset and fast adaptability.
Self-motivated, high ownership, and proactive in solving ambiguous problems.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in lead generation, inbound marketing, or growth marketing.
Familiarity with A/B testing, ads, landing pages, or funnel optimization.
